I can't delete my machine from the Coffee Link App

To make sure that the machine deletion will be carried out successfully and properly, make sure to have the latest Coffee Link App version.

For Bluetooth Coffee Machines:

  • On the App, Machine page, disconnect from the Coffee Machine;
  • On the App, Machine page, push the recycle bin icon at the top right of the Coffee Machine image;

For Wi-Fi Coffee Machines:

  • Log in as De'Longhi User with the same user account in which the machine was originally configured into the App;
  • On the App, Machine page, disconnect from the Coffee Machine;
  • On the App, Machine page, push the recycle bin icon at the top right of the Coffee Machine image;
  • On the Coffee Machine display, enter settings --> Connectivity and push the reset button;
