How do I change or reset my De’Longhi account password?

If you are already signed in to your account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the De’Longhi Comfort app.
  2. Tap the left side menu icon to open it.
  3. Tap “Account”.
  4. Scroll down the page and tap over 

  5. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions in the email. 

 

Please note: You may need to check your Spam or Junk folders for the reset email.
