A mocktail with a twist on an iced tea with a sweet and sour homemade lemonade. The perfect summer cooler.
For the lemonade:
For the mocktail:
- 50g – Sugar
- 50ml – Lemon Juice
- 250ml – Water
For the mocktail:
- Coffee beans – Arabica
- 150ml – lemonade
- Lemon twist – to garnish
- Ice cubes
Method
Step 1
In a saucepan, on a medium heat, combine sugar and water and mix until dissolved. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Add coffee, lemonade and ice to a shaker and shake vigorously.
Step 3
Serve over lots of ice and enjoy.
