  • Coffee beans – Arabica
  • 25ml – Baileys
  • 25ml – Frangelico
  • 5ml – Sugar Syrup (optional)
  • Whipped Cream – to garnish
  • Chocolate Sprinkles – to garnish

Method

Step 1

First, place a glass under the spout and prepare an "Espresso".

Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake well.

Step 3
Fine strain ingredients into cup, garnish with cream and sprinkles.
