• Coffee beans - Arabica
• 25ml – Cognac
• 25ml – Cherry Brandy
• 25ml – Whole Milk
• 1 tsp – Hazelnut Spread
• Whipped cream – to garnish
• maraschino cherry – to garnish
• Single large ice cube

Step 1
First, place a glass under the spout and prepare an "Espresso".

Add all the ingredients, except the cream and cherry, to a shaker.

Step 3
Add ice, and shake vigorously.

Step 4
Strain into your glass, and add whipped cream.
