THE PERFETTO CHALLENGE Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter this Promotion and details form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry (Terms). These Terms apply to the Promotion, and by entering this Promotion, you represent that you are eligible to enter and you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
2. The promoter is De’Longhi Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 49 104 012 857) of Nexus Industry Park, Building 3A, 43 Lyn Parade, Prestons NSW 2170, Australia. Ph. +61 2 9426 7000 (Promoter).
3. The Promotion will be open from 22 October 2025 at 11:59 PM/AEDT and will close on 31 December 2025 at 1159 PM /AEDT (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. Entry is open to Australian residents, Excluding Residents of South Australia, aged 18 years and over who have an internet connection, a valid email account, and a device with an integrated microphone and camera (e.g., smartphone or tablet.]) (Eligible Entrant). a. Eligible Entrants must reside in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, or the Northern Territory. By entering this Promotion, you represent that you are eligible to enter.
5. Employees, directors, management, and contractors of the Promoter and other companies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families or agents, shall not be eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-factor spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.
How to enter
6. To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, an Eligible Entrant must submit their entry (as described in Clause 7 to 8 below), during the Promotion Period, which commences on 22 October 2025 at 11:59 PM/AEDT and will close on 31 December 2025 at 11:59 PM /AEDT.
7. To take part in this contest, during the Participation Period, Eligible Entrants must visit the website https://www.delonghi.com/en-au and click on the contest banner or pop-up. Users will then be directed to the contest landing page, where they must register by completing the provided registration form, accepting the official rules and the privacy policy, and giving consent to receive marketing communications.
8. Once registered, users will be invited to record a sentence in Italian, proposed by the game system, which they can listen to before recording. After providing the required consents, users will have 5 seconds to record a video in which they pronounce the proposed sentence with typical Italian gestures (Eligible Entry).
9. At the end of the recording, the system will generate the "Italian-ish" score obtained. Users will then have the opportunity to download the recorded video.
10. From the final game screen, the user may decide whether to play again (up to 3 attempts) or view the discount won.
11. The result obtained during the game will not in any way affect the awarding of the prize, which will be random.
12. Eligible Entries must not:
(a) be sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any dangerous activity;
(b) promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;
(c) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group;
(d) defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about the Promoter or its products, or other people, products or companies;
(e) infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and must not contain trade marks, logos or trade dress owned by others, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind or contain any personal identification, such as licence plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
(f) must not contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media);
(g) must not include images of corporate logos, trade marks, identities, or other proprietary materials owned by others such as television shows, magazines, or web pages;
(h) must not contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead;
(i) must not communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which the Promoter wishes to associate; and
(j) must not depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law.

Participation Limits
13. Users may register only once with their own email address, play a maximum of 10 games, and make up to 3 attempts per game. However, they may receive only one prize.
14. Once a discount code has been obtained, if the user attempts to participate again with the same email address, they will receive the same discount code.
15. If users participate with different email addresses from the same device, the system will block that device after a total of 10 games. Entries made using temporary email addresses or emails that are sub‐addresses of the same email address will be considered invalid (and therefore cancelled).
16. The promoter also reserves the right to block the use of temporary email addresses during participation if such addresses are identified as such.
17. By entering the Promotion, Eligible Entrants: (a) agree to participate in the Promoter's marketing activities including being interviewed and photographed at the Promoter's request, and that the Promoter (or the Promoter's agent) may use an Eligible Entrant's name, voice, photo, comments and entry for marketing purposes at any time and in any media without reference or compensation to Eligible Entrant in perpetuity, (b) warrant that the Eligible Entry is their own original work and doesn’t infringe any third party rights, and (c) grant the Promoter (and the Promoter's related bodies corporate, agents, licensees and as-signs) a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, transferable and irrevocable licence to use, modify, adapt, publish and sublicense an Eligible Entry anytime, anywhere and in any way without compensation, and (d) to the extent permitted by law, consent to the Promoter (and the Promoter's related bodies corporate, agents, licensees and assigns) infringing moral rights in an Eligible Entrant's entry for an indefinite period and the Eligible Entrant waives all moral rights in an Eligible Entry that arise outside Australia.
18. All valid Eligible Entries must be received and finalised by [31 December 2025 at 11:59 PM/ AEDT]. Any person who submits an entry outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible to win a Prize. Any entry that does not comply with these Terms is not an Eligible Entry. Entries will also be deemed to not be an Eligible Entry if they are incomplete, incorrect, or incomprehensible or if the entry includes or contains forged, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, dishonest or tampered information with in any way, including using any automated software.
19. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Eligible Entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant's identity, age, place of residence, address, and proof of purchase (if applicable)). Proof of identity, age, residency, address or account details, and purchase (if applicable) considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter (acting reasonably).
20. The Promoter may decline any invalid entry (ie. an entry that is not an Eligible Entry), although it reserves the right (in its discretion) to contact (or attempt to contact) the Eligible Entrant to attempt to resolve any issues with an invalid application that are capable of resolution. If, following contact with the Eligible Entrant, such issues are resolved by the Eligible Entrant to the satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may accept the updated application as an Eligible Entry.
Winners and Prizes
21. This is a game of chance, not skill. The Prize Winner(s) are determined by chance.
22. For each participation received during the promotional period, the system will randomly and immediately assign one of the prizes available, consisting of a De’Longhi discount voucher that can be used to make an online purchase exclusively at this website https://www.delonghi.com/en-au.
23. The Prize (s) are unique discount coupon codes. (Prize(s). A total of 10,000 prizes are expected to be awarded, distributed as follows:
(a) 5,000 unique discount coupons with a 10% discount;
(b) 2,000 unique discount coupons with a 15% discount;
(c) 1,500 unique discount coupons with a 20% discount;
(d) 1,000 unique discount coupons with a 25% discount; and
(e) 500 unique discount coupons with a 30% discount.
24. Each unique discount coupon code can be used to purchase exclusively on https://www.delonghi.com/en-au and will be valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of the coupon.
25. Each unique discount coupon code is only valid once (1) per transaction and cannot be combined with other offer displayed on the website https://www.delonghi.com/en-au. To redeem the discount a user must apply the unique coupon to the cart when purchasing an eligible product. Unique discount coupons are not redeemable through any other network, cashback or website.
Winners’ notification and prize delivery
26. Following their Eligible Entry, Eligible Entrants will see the discount code displayed on the screen showing the outcome of their participation and will be able to copy and use the code immediately. Users will also receive an email from De’Longhi sent to the address provided during registration containing the awarded unique coupon (Prize Winner(s)).
27. The Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute a prize for an alternative prize or arrangement.
28. Prize Winner(s) will then have 30 days from the from the date of receipt of the coupon to make an online purchase at https://www.delonghi.com/en-au using their discount
General Terms
29. Eligible Entries will be deemed to have been made at the time of their receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Eligible Entrants may only submit an Eligible Entry in their own name and using their own personal details, and may only provide their own address and account details in their Eligible Entry. A person must not claim a Prize to which a Prize Winner is entitled, whether on their behalf or otherwise. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Prize Winner, the Prize Winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Eligible Entry is submitted. The Promoter takes the issue of fraud very seriously, and reserves the right to deem invalid, and report to the police and/or other appropriate authorities, any entries which it suspects to be fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. The use of automatic software or similar devices to enter the Promotion or enter details into the Promotion Website is prohibited.
30. The Promoter reserves the right in its discretion (acting reasonably) to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
31. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its discretion (acting reasonably), to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
32. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. An Eligible Entry is conditional on providing this personal information. By entering, if the Eligible Entrant opts-in by ticking the opt-in box at the time of submitting their entry, the Eligible Entrant consents to the Promoter using the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant. Eligible Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information by contacting the Promoter via the Contact Us link on the Promoter's website https://www.delonghi.com/en-au/customer-support/contact-us. The personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used, stored and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at http://www.delonghi.com/en-au/legal/privacy-policy. A request to opt-out, access, update or correct any information can be made by contacting the Promoter via the Contact Us link on the Promoter's website https://www.delonghi.com/en-au/customer-support/contact-us. All Eligible Entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter or its agent, the Promoter or its agent may disclose personal information overseas.
33. The Promoter may change these Terms from time to time, by posting the revised Terms (or a link to them) on the Promotion Website. Eligible Entrants should regularly check the Promotion Website for any updates. By submitting an Eligible Entry, Eligible Entrants are deemed to have accepted the version of these Terms that applies at that time. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, late, damaged or misdirected Eligible Entries.
34. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to an individual's or any other person’s computer related to participation in this Promotion and problems with the transmission of Eligible Entries and/or emails over the internet, acts in violation of these Terms, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
35. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: a. any technical difficulties or product malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); b. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; c. any Eligible Entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after the receipt by the Promoter) due to interference; d. any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or e. use of a Prize.

37. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
38. The Promoter’s decisions regarding any aspect of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. .
39.The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts.
40. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
41. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, then to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
If Submissions of T&Cs
42. The Promoter and the participants in the game shall endeavour to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise in connection with the interpretation or execution of these rules. To do this, any claim must be made in writing exclusively to the game address and must include the exact details of the claimant (name and address).
Applicable Law – Disputes:
43. This Promotion is governed by the laws in the State of New South Wales.
44. Participants are subject to Australian regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be referred to the competent courts designated in accordance with the laws in the State of New South Wales.
