The ideal nightcap for the coffee-inclined, the combination of espresso and scotch makes fora perfect balance for a caffeine hit.​​​​​​​

  • 45ml Scotch Whisky
  • 7.5ml Amaretto Liqueur
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup (to taste)
  • 40ml Italian Espresso
  • 15ml Whole Milk
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder

Glass: Rocks
Ice: Single large ice cube
Garnish: Ground nutmeg

Method

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously 
  2. Add the ice cube to a chilled glass.
  3. Add a dusting of ground nutmeg.
  4. Savour and enjoy!
