THE DE’LONGHI COFFEE LOUNGE PROMOTION 2022 (THE "PROMOTION")
UK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter: The Promotion is conducted by Kenwood Limited, 1 Kenwood Business Park, New Lane, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 2NH, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid while stocks last from 00:00 on 20th March 2022 to 23:59 until 17th May 2022 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Purchasing Qualifying Products: The Promotion is available for all purchases of the Qualifying Products (defined in point 5 below) made by you during the Promotion Period:(a) via the De’Longhi UK website located at www.delonghi.com/en-gb ("UK De’Longhi Website") only.4. Eligibility: All customers of the UK De’Longhi Website who are resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Isle of Man) and aged eighteen (18) years of age and over ("you", "your(s)") are eligible to participate in the Promotion and, by participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us).
5. Qualifying Products: The following De’Longhi Premium Manual Espresso Machine product purchased during the Promotion Period is the qualifying product for the Promotion:

("Qualifying Product(s)").
The model number is located on the packaging of the Qualifying Product or on the underside of the Qualifying Product.
6. Obtain a copy of the Terms and Conditions: You can obtain a copy of these Terms and Conditions on the UK De’Longhi Website or by writing to De’Longhi Coffee Lounge Offer, Kenwood Limited, New Lane, Havant PO9 2NH to receive a hardcopy in the post. All changes will be posted in revised Terms and Conditions on the UK De’Longhi Website and will be available in hardcopy by post.
7. Promotion Offer: When you purchase any Qualifying Product in a single transaction from the UK De’Longhi Website during the Promotion Period, you will be eligible to claim two free £10 vouchers for the Coffee Lounge, which will be sent by email 30 days after purchase unless you return the product, and a second voucher of £10 will be sent to you 60 days after purchase. This offer is specific to the purchase of Qualifying Product and is limited to one (1) redemption per transaction.
8. Two free £10 vouchers for the Coffee Lounge: When you purchase the following Qualifying Product in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, you will be eligible to receive two emails, each with e-voucher codes for a £10 voucher, unless you return your machine for refund. 9. How to claim your free vouchers
(a) To claim your free vouchers, simply purchase any qualifying Full Automatic coffee machine or La Specialista Pump coffee machine. You will receive your first voucher 30 days after purchase via email, and the second one 60 days after purchase.
(i) Redeem your voucher at the Coffee Lounge, where Artisan roasters from across the UK meet coffee lovers. Visit https://coffeelounge.delonghi.com/en/
(ii) Choose your preferred coffee, and use your e-voucher code at checkout.
("Online Redemption").
(b) If you do not spend your voucher, or delete your voucher code, you forfeit the voucher.
(c) Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you will be sent your first voucher thirty (30) days from purchase of your qualifying coffee machine.
10. Queries: If your Free vouchers has/have not been delivered within the above timeframes, you can contact us ovia our website. Please have your order number, email address, and full details of your order ready when you contact us.
11. Privacy: (a) As part of this Promotion, we will be entitled to use your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and allowing your participation in the Promotion. Your personal information will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available at https://www.delonghi.com/en-gb/privacy-policy
(b) We may use any personal details you provide to us to contact you from time to time (including by e-mail) about promotions, products and services we think might interest you. However, we will only do this where your marketing preferences indicate you wish to be contacted for this reason.12. Governing Law: The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

The Data Processor (as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679)) is Kenwood Limited, 1 Kenwood Business Park, New Lane, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 2NH.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
15. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
