Rivelia’s LatteCrema Cool: I cannot attach the milk pipe to the milk jug

Make sure you are trying to insert the correct pipe:

• the flexible pipe is for the LatteCrema Hot carafe, whereas...
• ... the rigid pipe is for the LatteCrema Cool carafe.
