Why does my steam light show a double flash?

The double flashing steam light means the espresso side of the unit require to be descaled. To descale the unit, please follow these steps:1) Fill the tank with 100ml of descaler and the rest with water. 2) Press the “Espresso ON/OFF” button to turn the machine on. The integrated light flashes.3) Make sure the portafilter is not attached and place a bowl under the boiler outlet.4) Press and hold the steam button for at least 6 sec. This will start the automated Descaling Process.5) The descaling process will take about 30 minutes to be completed. In the meantime, the descaling button will blink. While the machine starts dispensing water, open once the steam knob 2-3 seconds to discharge a little waterfrom the frother system.6) To eliminate residue of solution and scale, rinse the tank well, then fill it again with fresh water (without descaler).7) Press the and deliver water until the tank is completely empty.8) Repeat operations 6 and 7 again.

I can't delete my machine from the Coffee Link App

To make sure that the machine deletion will be carried out successfully (properly unlinked from the user profile in the Cloud system) you need to have the 4.2.5 version (or latest) of the Coffee Link App and a WiFi Machine. Deleting the machine will be possible, through the dedicated recycle bin icon, only if the user is logged into the APP with the same user account in which the machine was originally configured into the APP.
