• There may be too much coffee in the filter. It should be one level scoop for a single espresso. and two scoops for double.
• Make sure do not use the ESE pod filter with pre ground coffee.
• When pressing the coffee with the tamper do not press as firmly and make sure your grind is not too fine.
• It may require descaling or the filters may require cleaning or replace.
