“THE PERFETTO CHALLENGE” FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


De'Longhi France S.A.R.L., Immeuble Marco Polo, 1 Rue Mozart, 92110 Clichy; VAT Number: FR76379959174 (hereinafter the Promoter), is organizing this Promotion, called “THE PERFETTO CHALLENGE”.

The Contest is open to all adult consumers residing in France, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Norway who have an internet connection, a valid email account, and a device with an integrated microphone and camera (e.g., smartphone or tablet).

Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion shall not be entitled to enter.

 

Participation in this Promotion is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

Any person entering into or participating in this Promotion is deemed to have accepted and to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

1. Promotional period

Promotion is open from 25th September 2025 until 31st December 2025 (hereinafter the “Participation Period”).

 

2. Entry and participation

To take part in this contest, during the Participation Period, eligible users must visit the website www.delonghi.com and click on the contest banner. Users will then be directed to the contest landing page, where they must register by completing the provided registration form, accepting the official rules and the privacy policy, and optionally giving consent to receive marketing communications.

Once registered, users will be invited to record a sentence in Italian, proposed by the game system, which they can listen to before recording. After providing the required consents, users will have 5 seconds to record a video in which they pronounce the proposed sentence with typical Italian gestures. At the end of the recording, the system will generate the Italian-ish score obtained. Users will then have the opportunity to download the recorded video.

From the final game screen, the user may decide whether to play again (up to 3 attempts) or view the discount won.

The result obtained during the game will not in any way affect the awarding of the prize, which will be random (more information in section 3).

 

Participation limits:

Users may register only once with their own email address, play a maximum of 10 games, and make up to 3 attempts per game. However, they may receive only one prize.

Once a discount code has been obtained, if the user attempts to participate again with the same email address, they will receive the same discount code.

If users participate with different email addresses from the same device, the system will block that device after a total of 10 games.

Entries made using temporary email addresses or emails that are sub‐addresses of the same email address will be considered invalid (and therefore cancelled). The promoter also reserves the right to block the use of temporary email addresses during participation if such addresses are identified as such.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants, including the participant’s identity, age and place of residence, and to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or tampers with the registration process or the Promotion.

 

3. Winners’ selection and prizes

For each participation received during the promotional period, the system will randomly and immediately assign one of the prizes available, consisting of a De’Longhi discount voucher.

A total of 75,000 prizes are expected to be awarded, distributed as follows:

  • 37,500 coupons with a 10% discount
  • 15,000 coupons with a 15% discount
  • 11,250 coupons with a 20% discount
  • 7,600 coupons with a 25% discount
  • 3,750 coupons with a 30% discount

The discount can be used for orders up to €1,500 (or the equivalent value in the local currency) or £ 1,300 in case of UK winners and will be valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of the coupon.

The discount can be used only once and cannot be combined with other offers. It does not apply to Officina De’Longhi products, subscription products, or products labeled NEW or PROMO.

 

4. Winners’ notification and prize delivery

Users will see the discount code displayed on the screen showing the outcome of their participation and will be able to copy and use the code immediately. Users will also receive an email sent to the address provided during registration containing the awarded code.

Prizes will be issued in the form of a unique identification code. Upon receipt of the prize, winners will acquire full ownership and availability of it, thereby assuming all responsibilities—without exception—including those relating to safekeeping, loss, theft, destruction, and/or use, including unauthorized use, in any way connected to the possession and/or use of the unique identification code. Consequently, the Promoting Company and the third parties appointed by it are released from any liability.

Please note that:

  • Each winner is required to independently declare and pay any applicable taxes and charges that a prize gives rise to in the winner’s jurisdiction.
  • No prize is transferable and no prize may be claimed in cash or changed to another prize or arrangement.

However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute a prize for an alternative prize or arrangement.

 

5. Privacy

The Promoter (De'Longhi France SAS) operates in compliance with European regulations on the protection of personal data (European Regulation EU 679/2016, also known as GDPR) and is part of the De’Longhi Group (which itself complies with applicable legislation in this field).

The Data Controller for the personal data of consumers residing in France collected within the framework of this contest is the promoting company De'Longhi France SAS (Immeuble Marco Polo, 1 Rue Mozart, 92110 Clichy). The following companies will act as Data Controllers for the personal data of consumers collected within the same contest organized in the respective countries listed below:

The data provided at the time of registration for the prize operation by the respective consumers will be processed by the respective Data Controllers for the purpose of sending information related to the initiative itself.

The processing of the information will be carried out using electronic, telematic, and paper-based tools and in any case with methods suitable to ensure the confidentiality of the data.

Providing the data is necessary in order to participate in the prize operation (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR); therefore, failure to provide the data will prevent participation.

Personal data may be communicated to other companies within the De’Longhi Group, including those located abroad, and/or to third parties (where necessary appointed as data processors) who provide services, assistance, and consultancy to companies belonging to the De’Longhi Group in connection with the organization and execution of the aforementioned prize operations.

If the consumer gives consent as indicated from time to time, their data may also be used to contact them and to send commercial information about products offered by the De’Longhi Group as well as other contests and initiatives organized and/or sponsored by companies of the De’Longhi Group.

At any time, participants may exercise their rights towards the respective Data Controller, pursuant to Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, by addressing their request to the Data Controller indicated above according to the country in which the contest is carried out, or by writing to dpo.privacy@delonghigroup.com

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists, and to receive communication of such data in an intelligible form. They also have the right to obtain information about the origin of the data, the

purposes and methods of processing, the identity of the Data Controller and Data Processor, and the entities to whom the data may be communicated. The data subject has the right to request the rectification, completion, or updating of the data, as well as its erasure or transformation into anonymous form. The data subject may request at any time that the processing by the Data Controller be stopped, thereby losing access to the services previously used.

6. General

  • Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
  • The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. However, nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any technical problems or human error that may result in a registration, submission or entry not being received or being lost or damaged or for any destruction or alteration thereof, or unauthorized access to the website.
  • The Promoter’s decisions regarding any aspect of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize to any person, for any reason.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, vary, cancel or suspend an element of a prize if, due to circumstances outside of its control, that element is no longer available. The Promoter will not be responsible for, or liable to any winner, if all or part of a prize is not available or must be varied or cancelled for any reason. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or an element of the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts.
  • This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  • If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including because of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion, as appropriate.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

 

7. No purchase necessary

The reimbursement of connection costs incurred to take part in the Competition will be made up to a limit of 3 minutes' connection time, on the basis of the cost of a local call at the France Telecom rate in force when these rules were drawn up (i.e. 0.16 euros per minute).

Participants who do not pay connection charges related to the volume of their communications (holders of an "unlimited" subscription, ADSL cable users, etc.) will not be entitled to reimbursement.

8. Submission of T&Cs

The rules are filed via www.reglement.net, with SELARL 812 - HUISSIERS, huissiers de justice associés, 88 boulevard de la Reine, 78000 Versailles.

The rules may be amended at any time in the form of an amendment by the organiser, in compliance with the conditions set out, and published by online announcement on the website dedicated to the contest. It will come into force as soon as it is published

online and all Participants will be deemed to have accepted it simply by taking part in the Game, as from the date on which the amendment comes into force. Any Participant who does not accept the modification(s) must stop taking part in the Game.

The full contest rules are also available free of charge on the website dedicated to the contest.

The Promoter and the participants in the game shall endeavour to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise in connection with the interpretation or execution of these rules. To do this, any claim must be made in writing exclusively to the game address and must include the exact details of the claimant (name and address). Written disputes and claims relating to this game will no longer be taken into account after a period of two (2) months following the end of the game. No other method of dispute or claim may be taken into account.

In the event of a contradiction between the provisions of the present rules and any and/or all information relating to the Game, the provisions of the present rules filed with the Court Bailiff shall prevail.

In the event of a final disagreement, the Paris courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

 

9. Applicable law – disputes

Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be referred to the competent courts designated in accordance with the French Code of Civil Procedure.

 

10. Literary and artistic property rights

In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements comprising this contest are strictly prohibited. The trademarks mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

This Promotion is governed by French law.
