Magnifica Evo Next: My LatteCrema Hot milk carafe is not frothing the milk properly. What can I do?

If your milk carafe is sputtering or not frothing properly please carry out the following steps:

• Make sure to use fresh, refrigerator temperature 5°C milk (42°F degrees).
• We suggest using skimmed milk (<0,5% fats). For PLANT-BASED drinks, the result in cup can vary depending on several factors: the plant-based brand and the type of plant-based drink (we recommend: oat, soy and almond).
• Check if the chosen carafe setting is correct for the type of drink you are making.

Your milk carafe lid may require cleaning, please try the following:

• wash all the components of the lid on the top rack of your dishwasher or soak the milk carafe cover, tube, and carafe in hot water and De\'Longhi milk cleaner for up to 20 minutes.
