Coffee is spraying inside my machine when I use "ground" coffee. Why is this?

It is normal that there will be a small amount of spillage, but if it is excessive please check the following:

• The coffee needs to be added after the machine is switched to pre=-groundsetting.
• Ifaddedbefore it will simply fallthroughthemachine.
• Use only one full scoop of coffee. Adding more may cause spillage. Adding less may not be recognized by the machine.
