You should not store coffee beans in the refrigerator as this will cause the beans to become wet from condensation which is not good for your grinder. Using wet beans will cause thegroundcoffee toclump together and cause aclog withinthe unit. Addingwater to thegrinder may also cause the internal components of the grinder to rust which will damage the unit and result in a bad tasting coffee.
