I am having trouble setting or saving a schedule for my Dragon 5 Connect. What should I do?
If you encounter any difficulties when configuring your appliance's schedule, a quick refresh of the system and the app usually resolves the issue. Please follow these steps:
- Reset the connection: Unplug your Dragon5 Connect from the electrical outlet and wait for 30 seconds before plugging it back in and switching it on.
- Check the Wi-Fi: Ensure the Wi-Fi is active on the unit. If the indicator is off, simply press the Wi-Fi button on the front panel of the appliance.
- Refresh the App: Close the app on your smartphone and wait 3 minutes to allow the appliance and the app to sync properly.
- Clear previous settings: Within the app, delete all existing schedules.
- Set a new schedule: Create your desired schedule from scratch and make sure to enable it.
- Reconnect if needed: If the scheduling still doesn't apply, please try the pairing procedure again to establish a fresh connection between your phone and the appliance.
