Why does Rivelia tell me to fill in water if there is still some water inside the water tank?

Before you prepare a drink, Rivelia checks if the amount of water required is compatible with the water left in the water tank. If that is not the case, Rivelia suggests you to refill the water tank to ensure you can complete your drink preparations without further interruptions.
