How can I track my order

At DeLonghi Group Australia (Braun Household, DeLonghi and Kenwood) we use three carriers to deliver items depending on the size and weight of the item.

Please note that TOLL will be the standard delivery method of transport for on-line orders, however, your carrier may change depending on the weight and size. This is adjusted after your order is processed.
