How can I return a Product?

All returns to Delonghi Group must be done within 30 days of purchase - No exceptions over the 30 day period: A unique URL to enable a return is included in the confirmation of order (email) sent to you when you make the purchase. Simply click on the URL or log into your account. 1. Select Order History 2. Enter a reason for return and a return confirmation will be issued. 3. Details with labels will be issued within 48 hours with clear instructions how to return your item(s) DeLonghi offers a change-of-mind return policy if the product is unopened and in its original packaging - A restocking and return fee applies for our online shop. We do not offer change of mind on used items for our online shop or back to point of sale third party retailer. All items on return will be inspected for refund / replacements.
