Can I return an item to a retailer that carries your product?

Our retail partners will not accept returns for products not purchased from their physical or online stores. It is best to contact our team on 1800126659 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST or 10am to 4pm Saturday. An authorisation number will only be provided within 30 days of purchase ( Change of mind not included ) and all warranty service matters will be directed to a service centre
