Expert perfumer, Yves Andre immigrated to New Zealand in 1990 after growing up in New Caledonia. Yves set up his own perfumery business, Innovaction Limited, shortly after and over 20 years has developed and refined unique, innovative perfume design tools that are based on emotions, archetypes and colour that have been used to create perfumes for major cosmetics companies as well as fashion designers and eco-friendly companies.
With these powerful tools Yves is now designing perfumes for customers around the world. Yves is passionate about the power of scent and remains part of an international group of perfumers that meet in France regularly to share information on the power of scent. Giovanni has been living in New Zealand for three years and enjoys sharing his passion for quality Italian coffee with locals.

Since moving to New Zealand in 2007, Ewan Kim was so taken by New Zealand cafe' culture that the Korean native turned his passion for coffee into a career. Currently the head barista at The Apothecary Eatery in Howick, Ewan is now becoming well-known in coffee circles for his flair for latte art.
In May this year, the talented barista competed in the NZ Latte Art Championship and was the sensory judge at the Auckland Regional Culinary Fare. Ewan was also the trainer responsible for a group of five hospitality students all winning titles at the Auckland Regional Culinary Fare, including one student who went on to winning the competition this year. Recently, the latte art expert helped launch the Apothecary Barista School where he is both co-director and head trainer.
