If you find that your coffee machine is no longer working at its optimum level, De’Longhi UK is proud to offer our services at one of our state-of-the-art facilities located across the UK. All our coffee machines come with a minimum guarantee of 2 years from date of purchase, we can repair your coffee machine for a one-off payment for items outside of this period.

In Guarantee Care & Repair

If your coffee machine is still under its guarantee and you require a repair, we will arrange collection from your home, repair and return your coffee machine to you free of charge*. For more details on our guarantee, read our terms and conditions. We highly recommend that you use our Product Assistant prior to booking a repair so you are not without coffee for any longer than you need to be. Our Product Assistant will give you technical support through a virtual expert. If that cannot help you, you will be passed onto one of our customer care experts via webchat. Out of Guarantee care

If your coffee machine requires a repair outside of the guarantee and less than 9 years old, we can collect & repair your coffee machine for a one-off payment. The price of your repair will differ depending on the coffee machine you have, as detailed below.

If you have a coffee machine which is not listed below, or it is 9 years old or over, we will provide you with a bespoke quote on inspection of your coffee machine.
