Descale Light not gone out after descale

If the light does not go off after the descaling process, it may indicate that some necessary steps were skipped or completed too quickly. This can lead to the machine not recognizing and recording the correct completion of the descaling process.

To get back to using your coffee machine correctly, we recommend you follow these steps:

  • Considering that the descaling solution has already acted on the internal circuits of the machine previously, repeat the descaling process using only water;
  • Make sure to fill the water tank to the MAX level during the last two rinses to allow the descaling light to go out correctly;
  • If you own La Specialista Prestigio - EC9355, or La Specialista Arte - EC9155 and EC9255 or La Specialista - EC9335: Once you have finished the last rinse required by the descaling process, turn the beverage dial one click towards any coffee drink.
