  1. Wash the meat and vegetables, peel the onion and carrot. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, mince the onion, cut the meat in pieces and add salt and pepper
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put everything in the bowl, close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 3, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. After 10 minutes add the spices and 300 ml of water. Cook until the end of the set time.
  5. Add the grains, pour in the stock and season with salt. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, select power level 4, set 12 minutes and press the program start/stop button. At the end of the program, let it rest for 10 minutes then mix and serve with chopped parsley.
