Wash the rice. Soak the raisins in hot water for 5-10 minutes.
Remove the paddle from the bowl.
Pour the rice, raisins, sugar, vanilla, water and milk in the bowl.
Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, set power level 2, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
At the end of cooking add the butter (to taste) and stir.

Granulated rice: 100 g
Water: 400 ml
Milk: 400 ml
Raisins: 30 g
Vanilla: 1 pinch
Sugar: 1.5 tablespoons
Butter: 30 g
