  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. First prepare the ingredients. Cut the turkey in cubes and peel the oranges, cutting the peel into strips.
  3. Put the chopped shallots or onions, orange peel, thyme and oil in the bowl. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. After 3-4 mins, add 1/2 glass of water, the lightly floured turkey pieces, salt and pepper and cook for another 6 min.
  5. Add the orange juice and finish cooking for the set time or until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Serve with a few leaves of fresh thyme and orange slices.
