  1. Debone the chicken (or have the butcher do it).
  2. Prepare the stuffing. Put the meat, sausage, stale bread that has been soaked in milk to soften, parsley, eggs, parmigiano cheese, salt and pepper in a food processor and mix until uniform and compact.
  3. Stuff the deboned chicken and tie with kitchen twine so the stuffing does not escape.
  4. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  5. Put the chicken inside the bowl, add the chopped potatoes, oil, salt and pepper. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 60 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. Stir the potatoes 2-3 times for uniform cooking and turn the chicken one about halfway through cooking.

  • stale bread: 80 gr
