  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Julienne the onions and champignon mushrooms after washing them
  3. Arrange everything inside the bowl and add the oil.
  4. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 28 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes.
  6. Add peeled and diced tomatoes and salt and cook for another 8 minutes.
  7. Remove the paddle from the bowl (be careful it is hot) and spread the vegetables over the bottom of the bowl.
  8. Beat the eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour over the vegetables, Cook for the set time or until the egg has reached the desired consistency.
