  1. Roll out the puff pastry and lay the slices of speck on top.
  2. Put the slices of cheese on top of the speck, roll up the puff pastry and seal well.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Cut the roll in slices and position them inside the bowl that has been lined with greaseproof paper.
  5. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
