  1. Beat the ricotta with the sugar, add the eggs and melted butter. Add the sifted flower along with the baking power and then the chocolate chips
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Butter and flour the bowl and pour the batter inside, making sure it is level.
  4. Close the lid, select the CAKE program, set power level 2, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Cool and remove from the bowl; sprinkle with icing sugar.


  • italian flour (type 00): 250gr
  • sugar: 200 gr
  • eggs: 3
  • ricotta: 350gr
  • melted butter: 120 gr
  • packet of baking powder: 1
  • chocolate chips or raisins: 50gr
