  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the shallots or onions and cut the peppers into strips. Arrange the shallots or onions evenly over the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. Sauté for about 2 minutes and then add the peppers and cook for another 8 minutes.
  4. Then add the pork slices, salt and pepper and finish cooking.
