  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the sliced onion, tomato, olives and capers in the bowl.
  3. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes then stir the cooked sauce and add the tuna slices and salt and pepper.
  5. Close the lid and cook the fish for the remaining time, turning it about halfway through cooking.
  6. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.


  • tuna steaks: 600gr
  • Tropea red onion: 1
  • diced tomatoes: 200 gr
  • pitted black olives: 50gr
  • desalted capers: 20 gr
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • parsley: to taste
