  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Arrange the chopped celery, carrot and onions on the bottom; add the oil (level 5 on the measure).
  3. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 65 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté for 3 minutes and then add the minced meat and wine.
  5. Sauté for another 12 min. (while the meat is cooking, break up any lumps that may form with a wooden spoon) then add the tomato, a glass of water, salt and pepper.
  6. Continue cooking the meat, lowering the power level if the sauce boils too much.
  7. 15 mins before it is done, add the frozen peas and cook until they are tender.
  8. Remove the paddle (be careful it is hot) and spread the sauce evenly using a spoon. Prepare the mashed potatoes as indicated and using a pastry bag with a toothed tip, make small mounds of mashed potatoes on top of the meat.
  9. Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, set power level 3, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  10. Allow to rest for ten minutes before serving

  • Frozen peas: 400 g
  • Ingredients for the topping::
  • potatoes: 1 kg
  • milk: 200 gr
  • butter: 80 gr
  • egg yolks: 2
  • nutmeg: to taste
  • salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
