  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the water and milk in a bowl, add the salt, sugar and semolina. Mix well and let rest for 10 minutes. This will let you cook the semolina uniformly with without lumps.
  3. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, select power level 2, set 10 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Wash the strawberries well, cut into 4 pieces and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. When finished cooking, put the pudding in a bowl and garnish with strawberries
  6. In place of fresh strawberries you can also use strawberry jam or other berries.


  • Semolina: 50 gr
  • Milk: 400 ml
  • Water: 200 ml
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Sugar: 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
  • Butter: 30 gr.
  • Fresh strawberries: 5
