  1. Clean and wash the fish and season with salt. Make several diagonal cuts in it and brush with vegetable oil.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Wash the potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into cubes. Put the vegetables in a bowl, season with salt, sprinkle with dried rosemary, add oil and mix well.
  4. Put the fish in the bowl and pour in the vegetables.
  5. Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, select power level 2, set 35 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
