  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Beat the pork slices and cut the radicchio in pieces. Put the butter and radicchio in the bowl, close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 10 minutes and press the program start/stop button. Sauté for 3-4 min.
  3. Add the previously floured and salted pork slices (right on top of the radicchio) and cook for another 6 min. Turn them over after 3 min.
  4. Remove the slices and put them on a serving plate, covering them with the radicchio sauce from the bottom of the bowl.
