  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Beat the pork slices and cover with flour. Put the butter in the bowl, close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 10 minutes and press the program start/stop button. Sauté for 2/3 min.
  3. Add the previously floured and salted pork slices, cook for another 3-4 minutes and turn over.
  4. Add the lemon juice and cook for another 3 min.
  5. Remove the slices and add a knob of floured butter to the drippings to thicken the sauce. Stir the sauce with a wooden spoon and put the pork slices on top.
  6. Serve, garnishing the plate with some julienned lemon.
