Savoury pie with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella

  1. Beat the eggs, milk and cheese in a bowl with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry inside the bowl with the greaseproof paper underneath it and prick the bottom with the tines of a fork.
  4. Put the peppers, diced mozzarella and sliced cherry tomatoes in the bottom; pour the liquid mixture on top, distributing it well.
  5. Roll the edges of the dough towards the middle and using a pair of scissors, cut off the excess greaseproof paper (it is a good idea to leave a few parts for turning the savoury pie and removing it).
  6. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 23 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  7. After about 15 min, turn the cake 180° and cook for the remaining time.

  • mozzarella: 100 gr
  • cherry tomatoes: 5
  • eggs: 2
  • Parmigiano cheese: 20 gr
  • milk: 50ml
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
