Savoury pie

  1. Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry with the greaseproof paper underneath it and prick the bottom with the tines of a fork.
  4. Put the mushrooms and diced mozzarella in the bottom; pour the egg mixture on top, distributing it well.
  5. Roll the edges of the dough towards the middle and using a pair of scissors, cut off the excess greaseproof paper (it is a good idea to leave a few parts for turning the savoury pie and removing it).
  6. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 23 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  7. For more uniform cooking, after about 15 min turn the pie 180° using the greaseproof paper.


  • puff pastry: 1 sheet
  • sautéed mushrooms: 200 gr
  • mozzarella: 1
  • eggs: 2
  • Parmigiano cheese: 10 gr
  • milk: 100 ml
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
