  1. Prepare the crust. Mix all of the liquid ingredients, add the salt and sugar. Add the sifted flour little by little and mix with the baking soda. Knead the dough and let it rest.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts with different diameters. On the greaseproof paper, carefully roll out a piece with a diameter of about 30 cm and the other 28 cm.
  3. Peel the onion and mince along with the garlic and then mix with the meat. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  5. Place the largest piece of dough in the bottom (with the greaseproof paper underneath).
  6. Distribute the filling uniformly and place the smaller piece of dough on top, pinching together the top and bottom pieces.Prick with a fork to allow the steam to escape..
  7. Cut off the excess paper, leaving the ends on for easy removal. Close the lid, select the OVEN function, select power level 2, set 27 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  8. Wait for it to cool before removing.

  • minced beef: 500 gr
  • Garlic: 3 cloves
  • Onion: 1
  • Salt, pepper: to taste
