  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
  3. Put the oil and garlic in the bowl, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté for 2 minutes
  5. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 20 min.
  6. Add salt and pepper if needed, add parsley and finish cooking.

  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Olive oil: lev. 5
  • Parsley: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
