  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Wash and trim the courgettes, then dry and slice into rounds. Put the oil and peeled garlic in the bowl. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. Sauté for about 2 mins then remove the garlic from the bowl and add the courgettes, water, salt and pepper and close the lid.
  4. During cooking, lower the power level if necessary. When complete, add the chopped parsley, drizzle with oil and serve.


  • courgettes: 800 gr
  • garlic: 1 clove
  • water: 150 ml
  • olive oil: lev 5
  • parsley: to taste
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
