Prepare the dough by mixing the yeast in water, sugar and salt. Let rise for 20 minutes.
Sift the flour and add gradually to the dough. Depending on the humidity you may need to add more flour or decrease the quantity of flour.
The dough must not be too firm but should not stick to the hands either. Add sunflower oil and mix carefully.
Remove the paddle from the bowl.
Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, select power level 4, set 2 minutes and press the program start/stop button. When finished pre-heating, put the dough on the greaseproof paper inside the bowl, close the lid and let rise for 60 minutes.
When finished rising, make slits in the top of the bread, close the lid, select the OVEN function, select power level 2, set 35 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
When the rye bread is ready, wrap in a clean cloth and allow to cool completely.

Rye flour: 300 gr
Wheat flour: 300 gr
Fresh yeast: 50 gr
Hot water: 300 ml
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sunflower oil: 50 ml
