  1. Cut the meat in small pieces and mince the onion and celery. Cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes and wash the buckwheat.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the meat in the bowl and fill with enough cold water to cover. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 4, set 10 minutes and press the program start/stop button. As soon as cooking has finished, drain the meat and rinse the bowl.
  4. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  5. Put the vegetable oil in the bowl then add the carrots, onions and celery. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 3, set 60 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. After 10 minutes add the potatoes, buckwheat and meat and fill with enough water to cover. Add the salt, pepper and bay leaf. Cook for the set amount of time.
  7. When ready, pour into bowls and garnish with fresh dill.

  • Minced parsley: 1 tablespoon
