  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the pork in the middle of the bowl along with the chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper and pour in some stock.
  3. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 90 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Stir the vegetables every once in a while and turn the loin halfway through cooking. Add a bit of stock when necessary to keep everything soft.


  • pork loin: 1 kg
  • carrots: 4
  • potatoes: 3
  • onion: 1
  • garlic: 1 clove
  • stock: 250 ml
  • salt and pepper: to taste
