  1. Mix the ricotta with the eggs, vanilla and sugar; add the softened butter and flour.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Fill the paper cups with half of the batter, put 1-2 berries and some pine nuts on each one and fill the cup with another tablespoon of batter.
  4. Put the moulds inside the bowl. Close the lid, select the OVEN function, select power level 2, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. When cooking is over, remove the muffins, put them on a plate and serve them sprinkled with icing sugar.


  • Ricotta: 200 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Sugar: 80 g
  • Vanilla sugar: 1 packet
  • Flour: 100 g
  • Softened butter: 80 g
  • Icing sugar to decorate: 1 tablespoon
  • Berries (strawberries, cherries, blueberries): 12-20 .
  • Pine nuts: 25 g
