Method

Thaw the prawns and shellfish and drain Wash and peel the carrots and onions and cut into cubes.
Rinse the rise several times until the water comes out clean

Onion: 1
Basmati rice: 150 gr
Spices for rice pilaf: to taste
Salt: to taste
Water: 550 ml
