  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Roll out the pastry, put a layer of cheese on top, add the chopped raw radicchio and the cubed mozzarella.
  3. Cover everything with sliced pork roast and close the puff pastry to form a strudel.
  4. Put the strudel inside the bowl with the greaseproof paper in the bottom, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 35 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Excellent served with cheese sauce.
