  1. Cut the radicchio in 4 pieces, wash thoroughly and dry.
  2. Roll the puff pastry on the work surface, cutting it in strips about 1 cm wide. Wrap the pastry around the radicchio in a spiral, making sure to cover the outer leaves that would otherwise dry out during cooking.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put greaseproof paper in the bottom of the bowl, set the radicchio on top and sprinkle with parmigiano cheese and salt.
  5. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 18 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. Drizzle each roulade with oil before serving.
