  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into regular 1 cm cubes.
  2. Place the potatoes under running water for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Drain and dry thoroughly with paper towel.
  4. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  5. Put the potatoes and the right amount of oil in the bowl, close the lid, select the POTATOES program, set power level 3, set 30 min and press the program start/stop button.
  6. After about 10 min add the chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper and finish cooking.


  • fresh potatoes: 500gr
  • champignon mushrooms: 400 gr
  • sesame seed oil: lev 5
